Who IS This Guy
Roberto Hernandez formerly Fausto Carmon the Cleveland Indians Pitcher who has been detained in the Dominican Republic for a couple of months is off the hook tonight as he worked out a deal with the Dominican prosecutors. Turns out They dropped the Identity fraud charges against Hernandez and he just has to complete a work program later on.
Hernandez is clear to leave the Dominican and return to the Indians. He has already missed half of the Indians spring training which could be bad news for Hernandez, it could take him a while to get into form. Spring training is as long as it is to give the starting time to get pitchers into shape. Now that Carmona or Hernandez is clear to return we will have to wait and see if M.L.B. is going to do anything about this situation.
