The Cleveland Indians have announced that they have signed outfielder Fred Lewis to a Minor League deal with an invitation to Spring Training.

The team has also agreed to terms on a Minor League contract with relief pitcher Jeremy Accardo, Jerry Crasnick of ESPN reports.
