As Paul Harvey used to say ‘…and now the rest of the story.’ Yesterday, we told you about Texas Rangers relief pitcher Tanner Scheppers being unavailable on Friday night for the team’s extra-inning loss to the Cleveland Indians because he was reportedly mugged and caught off-guard by a sucker punch outside the team’s hotel. Well, a little more information has funneled out since then, as supposed witnesses said that isn’t exactly how it all went down. Plus, their division isn’t entirely out of reach. Here’s a second reason you wouldn’t think the Rangers would consider trading Nathan: just a short while ago, they...

What do you do when you are watching the worst game possible?

This past Sunday I actually paid $30 to watch the Chicago White Sox take on the Kansas City Royals. A matchup between two teams that are as exciting as an episode of ABC’s Splash.
