Sometimes this means that when you're warming up before a game, you have to wrestle with your players. Tampa Bay Rays pitching coach Jim Hickey was doing just that on Saturday with Rays reliever Grant Balfour . Turns out that Hickey's Camel Clutch can be quite devastating.
