Jose Canseco is one step closer to returning to the majors. OK, so he might still have a ways to go, but the 47-year-old slugger is at least channeling his inner Kenny Powers. Canseco announced via Twitter that he has signed with the Quintana Roo Tigers of the Mexican League. They are the league's defending champions, but the high expectations surrounding them isn't stopping them from giving the controversial former AL MVP a shot.
