Billy Hamilton of the Bakersfield Blaze is still really, really good and he is really, really fast. He currently has 29 stolen bases in just 23 games. His teammate, Tony Cingrani continues to look dominant as a starter, lowering his ERA to 0.39. Double-A closer Donnie Joseph did not allow a run in the month of April for Pensacola. Neftali Soto is starting to heat up for the Bats. J.J. Hoover was promoted to the big league club with the news that Bill Bray was going to the DL. To check last week's review, go here. Here you go.
