Chicago is home to me T..
Former South Sider Magglio Ordonez is making a move to the North Side? I’m hearing the Detroit Tigers free agent outfielder is possibly making his return to Chicago, but this time it will be with the Chicago Cubs. With the singing of free agent Prince Fielder, Maggs might be the odd man out in Detroit. Magglio had surgery in November on his ankle, and is currently fully back training for baseball activities. Maggs is still a solid player and a great team guy, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see him land on his feet shortly. -TO

Brewers' formula may change without Fielder
Prince Fielder is gone for good. Ryan Braun wasn't there, either.
The two names most frequently mentioned during the Milwaukee Brewers' offseason weren't a part of the team's fan festival on Sunday. And if that's the way things still look at the beginning of the season, the Brewers insist they'll be just fine.
The Brewers still plan on contending this season...
Prince Fielder Selected The Detroit Tigers to Annoy Fantasy Baseball Owners
The Detroit Tigers signed Prince Fielder in order to fill the gap left by an injured Victor Martinez, and the team is getting a lot more than it bargained for in some ways.
Slugger Like You — Prince Fielder Adele Cover
Milwaukee Brewers fans are still reeling from this disastrous off season. First Ryan Braun gets nabbed doing PED’s, then Prince leaves for greener cash pastures in Detroit. This fan genuinely misses Prince. Of course it’s from the perspective of Milwaukee Brewer’s general manager Doug Melvin, sho I’m sure isn’t quite as butt hurt as this dude. -TO

Detroit's Fielder signing doesn't change Royals' plans
It's now been seven days and counting since the Detroit Tigers shook up the American League by agreeing to a nine-year deal, $214 million deal with free-agent first baseman Prince Fielder.
All Too Easy
In the Twittersphere, we at RSBS have a reputation for taking cheap shots at Prince Fielder’s… er… um… corpulence (good word, interns!). While we do a good job of avoiding the F-word (no, the OTHER F-word, silly), we cannot help but point out the absurdity that is Prince Fielder’s physique.

Curtis Granderson Notes the Growing Parity in the American League
BOSTON –– Like most baseball aficionados, Curtis Granderson monitored the Prince Fielder bonanza in the offseason. When the former Brewers first baseman inked a nine-year deal last week with the Tigers, Granderson -- who spent six seasons in Detroit -- lauded Fielder and his former club for the shocking marriage. “The best thing was everyone was like ‘Wow’,” Granderson...

AL is in a league of its own when it comes to big spending
When it comes to baseball's battle of leagues, it's no contest: the AL is king. Especially now, Danny Knobler says, with Albert Pujols and Prince Fielder switching leagues and the NL's big-market teams in disarray.
Bucs happy to see Pujols, Prince exit NL stage
A clever advertising campaign that hits all the right notes touts a line of automobiles "imported from Detroit." Most of the National League Central is relieved that, in another domestic development, Prince Fielder has been "exported to Detroit."
