Baltimore Orioles hot corner specialist Manny Machado suffered a serious injury to his left leg running to first base earlier today. The budding superstar was carted off the field in extreme discomfort after hitting first base awkwardly. Still no word on the severity of the injury but it does not look optimistic. Be forewarned this video is not for the squeamish.
