Game 19: Mets 7 - Marlins 1 By far John Maine's best start of the season. He allows the Marlins an unearned run in the first, but the Mets score 6 in the bottom of the frame when Omir Santos hits a grand slam for his first major league homer. Maine shuts down the Fish over the next five and the Mets cruise. Once again mediocrity is within our grasp as the team gets back to one game under .500.
