The Mets have hit Chase Utley three times already in a game that's still in progress, tying the Major League Baseball record. If I made bad puns, I'd say "Look out Craig Biggio, the Chase is on."

  • Didn't you just make a bad pun? Judges? Judges?
  • Very bad pun indeed.
  • 10s across the board on the bad pun
  • He also got nailed in the back with a double play throw by Carlos Delgado in the 7th. Rough game for Chase, but a big win for the Phillies.
  • Bad pun? Or GREAT pun?

I daresay, the point of puns is to be as ridiculously stupid as possible. Kudos, good sir.
  • bad pun
  • Well 2 of the pitches that hit him nipped him, and the third he kinda turned and leaned into lol. He clearly doesn't mind getting a free ride to the base (smart). Anyway, he better keep those hands away, we don't want him out for a month like last year.
  • he didn't lean into anything...he hung tough against a breaking ball that didn't break.
  • Chase Utley is the f'n man, sorry Mets fans that you're secondbaseman doesn't quite compare.
  • It is kinda nice having the better infield isn't it? Really the only position they have us beat is 3rd
  • David Wright is awesome, but Ryan Howard, Jimmy Rollins, and Chase Utley rock out with their roosters out.
  • yea the mets are doing good sitting atop the division. looks like everybody was right saying theyre the team to beat. santana blows.
  • I'm fully prepared for Mets fans to start trash talking once they actually win again over the Phils, but hopefully that day is far off.
  • i say big pun
