The Mets selected two pitchers from the Rule V draft. They took Darren O'Day and Rocky Cherry. The two pitchers will have to make the 25 man roster in spring training and stay on it all year or they have to given back to their original team, like what happened to Steven Register last year.
O'Day , 26 is a RHP from the LA Angels and appeared in 30 games last year .
