Looks closely at the photos above and tell me what you see. At first glance, you might see another typical bobblehead that looks nothing like the person it is supposed to be. The face is not very Roy Halladay, but what else is new? This lovely collectible is available for purchase at MLB.com and was brought to our attention by this Halladay fan blog. Have you figured it out yet? For those of you who haven’t, we’ll just spell it out for you. This thing pretty much throws right and left-handed.

The leg kick and body position are accurate, but somehow the glove ended up on The Doc’s right hand and the ball in his left. I guess we should just assume he had taken his glove off to clean the ball and was about to put it back on but decided he felt like throwing a pitch in the meantime. If that’s the case, we’re wrong and this piece of memorabilia makes perfect sense.

  • it's made in China thats why - under ground factory - get no quality check nor product final inspections !!!!
  • I only want to comment on one subject... First of all, I am not a New Yorker... I don't like New York teams. I am a Chicagoan. However, ANYBODY who would say (see below) that Joe Namath had average ability is an absolute, clueless, total idiot. This is probably written by some young jerk who thinks he knows everything. Even if one considered Namath's stats to be average...which they were not, especially prior to the AFL/NFL merger, if this is about ability, players and writers would MARVEL at how his ball moved through the air. He was the first guy to WHIP it from his ear on a short release. He was phenomenal!!! He would do this amazing "jump pass" when he was at Alabama. Oh my gosh. I played high school around the time he was getting a bit old and EVERYBODY considered him the best. I love Bradshaw and would take him over Namath, but it's close. Again..you are an idiot. Further, whomever wrote this probably has low self-esteem. Why would you make a list like this?
