Following Saturday night’s Oakland vs. Texas game, Rangers pitcher Matt Garza went off on A’s infielder Eric Sogard via Twitter. The sexist rant also targeted Sogard’s wife.

On Sunday, Neshek decided to bring us quite possibly the greatest tweet of all time. He shared the above photo of him and Garza while the two played together on the Minnesota Twins with the line:

“Garza, remember that night we got crazy & dressed up as ladies & you kept telling me to shut my mouth?”

Very very interesting.

Your move, Garza.

Garza rips A's infielder after bunt

Matt Garza may have been absent from baseball school the day the instructor pointed out that victories in the first week of August count every bit as much as those in the last week of September in a pennant race. How else to explain the Texas pitcher going off the deep end on Twitter on Saturday after a 4-2 loss to the Oakland A's, who moved 3 1/2 games ahead of the Rangers...

New Texas Rangers Pitcher Matt Garza Does Not Endear Himself to Female Fans

This is a prime example of where social media is a bad thing. I don't know what it is that got the newest Texas Ranger, Matt Garza, going off on Erik Sogard of the A's. Apparently there was something that happened on the field and Garza decided it was necessary to take it off the field and n to social media. Never a good thing. Taking a beef to Twitter is never...

Matt Garza Goes Off On A’s Shortstop Eric Sogard’s Wife After Loss

Matt Garza showed the true meaning of class by going after his opponent’s wife after a tough loss. Classy. Matt Garza still remains one of the best pitchers in the game even after his transition from the NL Central to the AL West, as a member of the Texas Ranger. In Garza’s first time going against the A’s, when he was still a Chicago Cub, he quickly dispatched of them allowing...

Texas Rangers pitcher Matt Garza took to Twitter to unleash a sexist rant against Oakland A's infielder Eric Sogard's wife after a 4-2 loss.

Matt Garza rants on twitter after getting bunted on

credit photo to AP/Ben Margot Message to the American League. Matt Garza DOES NOT LIKE WHEN YOU BUNT ON HIM!  Just ask Oakland A’s shortstop Eric Sogard, who successfully sacrifice bunted in the first inning in the first inning that lead to an early run; but he taunted Garza again with an RBI bunt in the seventh inning of an 4-2 A’s victory against the Texas Rangers...

Matt Garza is not of a fan of bunts, Eric Sogard

Thanks to a solid game plan, the A’s got out to a quick start on Matt Garza and the Rangers Saturday and held on for the 4-2 win to extend their lead in the AL West to 3.5 games. That game plan was to bunt, bunt, bunt, bunt on Garza, who the scouting report says isn’t comfortable fielding bunts. The A’s did it twice in the first as they jumped out to a 3-0 lead. They did it...

Matt Garza goes off on Eric Sogard, wife over Twitter

Texas Rangers pitcher Matt Garza went off on Oakland A’s shortstop Eric Sogard and the infielder’s wife via Twitter after taking the loss in a game between the teams earlier in the day. A's snap Rangers' 5-game win streak

Ten pitches into the game, Matt Garza was already behind by three runs. It got a little better but not enough to make a difference. Garza threw a complete game, Ian Kinsler hit a home run and Adrian Beltre also drove in a run as the Texas Rangers saw their season-high five-game winning streak come to an end as the Oakland Athletics won 4-2 on Saturday. Garza (1-1) lost for the...

Matt Garza, Texas Mysognist

The Cubs look to be comfortably back to being terrible...so terrible that Sunday's lineup is: DeJesus, Lake, Rizzo, Navarro, Schierholtz, Ransom, Watkins, Murphy, Villanueva.  Oof. And yes, that's Logan Watkins that has been promoted to take Luis Valbuena's spot, who went on the disabled list with an oblique injury. Watkins had a slash line of 243/333/379 over 412 AB...

Matt Garza Goes on Sexist Twitter Rant Against Eric Sogard, Athletic’s Wife, Triggered by Squeeze Bunt

It’s looking like a good decision by the Red Sox to pass on acquiring Matt Garza at the trade deadline. Not only did Boston trade for Jake Peavy instead, who was stellar in his Red Sox debut, the team also doesn’t have deal with Garza’s controversial tweets. That’s on the Texas Rangers now. Garza went on a tirade against Eric Sogard after the Oakland Athletics shortstop laid...

Remember when San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick joked about having hangnails on his pinkie toes last season? It was one of the few times he got into the specifics of an injury that forced him to show up on the 49ers injury report for a couple weeks. In less-than-surprising news, Kaepernick wasn’t all too forthcoming when speaking to the media at that time. And now...
