Last night I brought you the American League fielding power rankings according to John Dewan’s Fielding Bible, so today I bright to you the National League version. Like with the American League, the numbers you see are the 2011 fielding bible runs totals for the projected eight man starting lineup for each team. Plus figures means they will save their pitchers that many runs while negative figures means they will cost their pitchers that many runs. Obviously, I will include comments as to how each team got to that point within the table, but I will add more general observations after the table as well. We will immediately notice that the National League is not as strong as the American League. I will be discussing that in more detail in another article down the line.
