When the New York Mets traded Francisco Rodriguez to the Milwaukee Brewers back in early July, the return was two players to be named later (PTBNL). The New York Mets finally picked their players. RHP Adrian Rosario and LHP Danny Ray Herrera are now property of the New York Mets. Honestly I’m a little disappointed. I don’t really have anybody specific that I was hoping the New York Mets would get in return, but I was hoping that one would at least have made the Milwaukee Brewers preseason top 30. Danny Ray Herrera has pitched 93.2 innings in the Majors so he wasn’t going to be on any prospect list. Adrian Rosario, 21, is a player that still has “prospect status” but is nowhere to be found in Baseball America’s 2011 Prospect Handbook – nor is he in the 2010, 2009 or 2008 edition.
