They say the odds of getting a triple play in a Major League Baseball game is about 10,000 to 1 and back on Friday night, the New York Yankees pulled one off against the Baltimore Orioles. It happened in the eighth inning of play as Baltimore's Manny Machado was at the dish with runners on first and second. Watch as the Bronx Bombers turn the "juego triple": For those of you scoring at home, that was a 4-6-5-6-5-3-4 triple play.

Yankees, riding high at .500, say, "See? I told ya so!"

They're the little team that believed. The pluck-filled Yankees, enjoying their underfunded, underdog status, are feeling pretty prime these days. Pretty pretty pretty prime. A bunch of knowitalls said this team was dead. But look: Riding tall at .500, with a two-game, rain-helped sweep in Swishertown. Three in a row, baby. Three in a row. It’s now officially been a full five years since the Indians...
