The Toronto Blue Jays has officially signed Darren Oliver.
It has been known for weeks, but Oliver officially signed the deal on Monday. He will get $4 million during the 2012 season with a $3 million option for 2013.
He has a $500,000 buyout if the team decides to release him. He made $3.25 million last season with the Texas Rangers.
He had the best season of his career at 41-years-old. He had a 2.29 ERA in 61 appearances.
