Navy's Chris Harris named Player of Week
Wayne Krivsky , one of Andy MacPhail 's top assistants in the Orioles' front office for the past year, has left the organization to take a similar position with the New York Mets, team sources confirmed. Krivsky, who joined the Orioles in November as special assistant to the president of baseball operations, will work under Mets general manager Omar Minaya . Krivsky served as a special assistant to Minaya in 2008 before being hired by the Orioles. Before his first stint with the Mets, Krivsky was the executive vice president and general manager of the Cincinnati Reds for two years. He didn't return a call from The Baltimore Sun on Monday night seeking comment. His departure was first reported by foxsports.com. Krivsky, 55, kept a low profile in his only season with the Orioles.
