Press Release Provided by the Padres media department:SAN DIEGO – The San Diego Padres today announced they have reinstated infielder Logan Forsythe from the 60-day disabled list and outfielder Mark Kotsay from the 15-day disabled list.  In addition, the club has placed infielder Andy Parrino on the 15-day disabled list with a right wrist ligament sprain, retroactive to May 31, and have optioned catcher Yasmani Grandal to Triple-A Tucson.  Executive Vice President/General Manager Josh Byrnes made the announcements.      Forsythe, 25, was originally placed on the 15-day disabled list on March 26 with a fractured left foot. The infielder underwent surgery on his left foot on March 9.  In 16 games for Triple-A Tucson, on a rehabilitation assignment, he hit .259 (15-for-58) with two doubles, three triples, one home run, nine RBI, 12 runs scored and three stolen bases.  He made his Big League debut with the Padres in 2011, hitting .213 (32-for-150) with nine doubles, one triple, 12 RBI and 12
