Jon Morosi, National Baseball Writer for FOXSports.com, has said that the deal is now complete for Bartlett. The San Diego Padres get their starting shortstop Jason Bartlett from the Tampa Bay Devil Rays for pitchers Adam Russel and Cesar Ramos.
