Final: Phillies 9, Mets 4. WP: Jonathan Pettibone (1-0, 4.35 ERA) LP: Shaun Marcum (0-1, 6.75 ERA)  Pettibone, filling in for the injured John Lannan, has surely provided much needed excellence the Phillies needed out of their rotation.  He lasted five innings today en-route for his first career victory, allowing three runs on seven hits and two walks. The offense was on fire today, highlighted by the three-run bomb Domonic Brown  hit in the top of the fifth to extend the Phillies' lead to 7-2.  Ryan Howard brought home two runners today for his 13th and 14th RBIs of the season, and John Mayberry also went yard, a solo-shot, for his second home run of the season. Tomorrow afternoon will feature Cole Hamels as he seeks his first victory of 2013. 2012 All-Star Carlos Ruiz will also return for the Phillies, as his 25-game suspension for violating drug conduct has been fully served.
