The Philadelphia Phillies agreed to terms with Jack Cust on a minor-league contract Friday. Cust was released by the Seattle Mariners last week. He was hitting just .213 with three homers and 23 RBIs in 225 at-bats. Cust is a .242 career hitter with 105 homers and 323 RBIs in 10 major league seasons with Arizona, Colorado, Baltimore, Oakland and Seattle.
