We took a look at all of the clubs prior to the Winter Meetings. Now that those meetings are over, most teams are moving into the second phase of their offseason. Once the calendar hits January, most teams are looking to add smaller pieces here and there. Of course, some big ticket items are still waiting in the wings. So, we will look at what each team has done, what they would like to do, and what wild cards could change their 2012 outlooks.

What have they done
The Rangers have only made one move of significance to date. They added Joe Nathan to be the team’s new closer with Neftali Feliz likely moving to the rotation. Of course, that could change with the possible addition of Yu Darvish. Darvish isn’t officially in the fold yet as the Rangers still have to negotiate a contract with him.
