We did this for the last series and many of you predicted an Angels sweep. A few of you did manage to get the correct line: 2 Ranger victories. Texas and Los Angeles are now tied for first in the AL West. Both are 10 games over .500 and face each other for three games in Anaheim. The Rangers have won 5 of the first 6 games this season between the two teams. But all of them were in Arilngton. So here's the simple question: How many games do the Rangers win in LAA? My take: 1 of 3. First, this is in Anaheim and I think the Angels will get a boost from that. Second, the pitching matchups aren't quite as favorable as they appeared earlier. Dustin Nippert is now penciled in the rotation for Tuesday against John Lackey and Vicente Padilla is pushed back to Wednesday. Maybe. If he can't go, I imagine it's Tommy Hunter. Certainly the Rangers are capable of winning the series. And they are not intimadated by the Angels. But I'm going with LAA in this. How many games...
