Macho Row:
Pittsburgh teams own two of these, but the one who doesn't plays tonight.

With a good series to wrap up the home stand the Phillies can make everything feel alright heading to the all star break. Positive feelings are flowing right now as the defending World Series champions will be sending five players to the all star game. It would be a shame to spoil that energy tonight.Joe Blanton will take the mound tonight against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Blanton has been the most consistent pitcher in the starting lineup it seems and he enters tonight's game with a 5-4 record and a 4.69 ERA. Blanton has pitched one game against Pittsburgh in his career and although he pitched seven shut-out innings of one hit ball he was not rewarded with a decision in the game.
The Pirates will counter with their best pitcher of the weekend with Zach Duke. Duke has lost his previous two outings and has a 1-2 record in three games against the Phillies. The Phillies have roughed Duke up a little bit, handing him a 5.40 ERA in games against Philadelphia.
Raul Ibanez could return to the team tonight. Chris Coste was designated for assignment to make room for Ibanez on the roster. Although Ibanez may not be in the starting lineup fans may expect to see him at some point.
Fireworks after the game again tonight folks! Bring your camera!
