Mickey Kaline played first base for the Hillwood Black Sox in the TV show, Hey Arnold! He was Arnold’s favorite player, and was a complete monster. His name is a legendary Hall of Fame mix of Mickey Mantle and Al Kaline to only be complimented with the nickname “Chet”. He allegedly had a career .299 batting average, and hit an epic 534 homeruns, making him tied with Jimmie Foxx for 17th on the all-time homerun list. His most comparable MLB player would most likely be Frank Thomas who hit .301 and 521 homeruns. Kaline’s last at bat was his 534th homerun, and it was caught in the bleachers by who other than…Arnold.  Arnold respectfully gave Mickey the ball back instead of selling it for thousands. In return,  Arnold got to hang with Kaline as he reminisced on his life and career: “Y’know, kid, since I was seven years old the only thing I ever wanted to do was play baseball. I loved every minute of it. From the first time I played catch with my dad to the home run I hit this afternoon....
