Caution:  Ramping up to be a full-fledged rant in Progress… I know I shouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth, but winning both would have helped open the gap a little bit more than it is now, especially with Tampa Bay being off yesterday. I guess I should be grateful they won at least one–with the pitiful and uninspired play since the clock struck September (5-19), it’s amazing they are still in it… And if they don’t step it up, and go on a wild Detroit Tiger-like tear, they are going to be packing to go HOME a week from tomorrow.
