Reds like Schneider ?

Apparently the catching rumors just won't go away, honestly I'm a bit miffed by the whole situation and not because I'm some great fan of either Brian Schneider or Ramon Castro. But in the whole scheme of things it just seems like they have bigger things to focus on then the catcher's spot. The other thing that's amazing is, there appear to be some organizational personnel who have soured on Brian Schneider, not only is Schneider an Omar guy from Montreal but he was considered the defensive catcher which is what's now in question. In regards to Castro, I like his game when he can stay healthy. During the GM meetings it sounds like the Mets put out feelers on Schneider and there may be interest....There are some Met officials who believe they need a better game-caller than Brian Schneider to shepherd their pitching staff.
