Josh Beckett put together a solid campaign in 2011 before faltering alongside his Red Sox teammates late in the season. The right-hander is reportedly ready to get back to work in 2012, showing up early to the team's spring training facility. The 31-year-old threw 50 pitches in the bullpen on Tuesday, according to The Boston Globe's Peter Abraham. Pitching coach Bob McClure reportedly said that Beckett "looked good," and that the righty is determined to win a division title.
