Thanks to the US Soccer Federation's new regionalization of the tournament this years US Open Cup is perhaps the most exciting in the modern era.  New rivalries with be created and old rivalries renewed as a tournament almost as old as football itself enters it's "Giant Killer" phase tonight.America's oldest sporting tradition, the 95 year old US Open Cup kicks off it's third round.
