It's all coming full-circle now for relief pitcher Scott Proctor, who began his career with the New York Yankees and now has a chance to don pinstripes once again. The Yankees have signed Proctor to a minor-league contract, Mark Feinsand of the New York Daily News reported on Twitter. Feinsand added that Proctor will play for New York's Triple-A affiliate Scranton either Monday or Tuesday.
