Rocky River police are investigating the delivery of unspecified narcotics to the home of Indians relief pitcher Chris Perez, a police spokesperson said Wednesday.No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.The statement from Julie Morren of the Rocky River Police read: (Tuesday) on June 4 a multi-jurisdictional operation was conducted involving the WEB (Westshore Enforcement Bureau) Narcotics Units, the U.S. Postal Investigative Services and the Rocky River Police Department concerning the controlled delivery of narcotics to (address) in Rocky River. The matter at this time is still under investigation. No charges have been filed.GM Chris Antonetti released a statement that read: Earlier this morning we were made aware of a situation involving RHP Chris Perez that occurred yesterday in Rocky River. We have talked with Chris and are currently in the process of gathering additional information. We will not have any additional comment at this time.Perez is on the disabled list and is not with the team.
