Found April 10, 2011 on Royals Treatment:

Kansas City ace Luke Hochevar notched his first win of 2011 in the team’s 9-5 beatdown of the rival Tigers on Sunday afternoon. A pair of Wilson Betemit doubles led the way offensively and Detroit starter Rick Porcello struggled to ever really find any sort of rhythm in combatting the K.C. line-up. The Royals have yet to lose a series and now improve to a 6-3 record and have won back-to-back games after Bruce Chen’s tremendous work yesterday. Although appearing quite strong, the fan consensus of course continues to be brushing the surge aside as meaningless as it’s “just the Royals”. In this Royals Treatment poll from last week, it was determined that many fans felt they needed to see some additional encouraging signs from this team before they would  jump on-board the ‘believer bandwagon’. At what point will Kansas City gain enough relevancy within the baseball community to be considered as having a legitimate chance at making the playoffs?...
