Rumor Mill: The Mets and Blue Jays have agreed in principle to trade that will send Dickey to the Blue Jays, Ken Rosenthal reports (on Twitter). The deal is contingent on Toronto being able to work out a contract extension with Dickey and they'll have a negotiating window of 72 hours, expiring Tuesday at 1pm CST (Twitter link). The deal was said to be a three-for-four swap with Dickey, Josh Thole, and a prospect going to Toronto for Travis d'Arnaud, Noah Syndergaard, John Buck, and a prospect.  Neither prospect is expected to be of exceptionally high quality. Many other teams had interest in trading for Dickey. Every AL East team checked in on him, and the Royals, Rangers, Dodgers, Diamondbacks, Nationals and Angels were also interested at various points during the off-season.
