Ken Rosenthal is reporting the first Mets trade rumor of the off-season, it's still considered an extreme long shot but according to Rosenthal's sources the frame work is there and the rumor at least has some legs...It's a three team deal, which are always hard to pull off and it involves two contracts which are considered bad, making it even harder.The Cubs would acquire Luis Castillo (12M), while sending Milton Bradley (21M) to the Jays and Lyle Overbay (7M) to the Mets.This is the second rumor involving Lyle Overbay so the Jays must really be looking to move him.Overbay is a 32 y/o left handed first baseman who has one year left on his contract, which is worth 7M.
