The Columbus Clippers finished their sixth week of the season capturing five wins in the seven games played. The Clippers are 22-18 on the year. The Clippers finished their series with Charlotte Knights in the midst of the last week—splitting the series with the Knights, 2-2. The Clippers then traveled to Rochester to take on the Red Wings. The series marked an eight-game road trip for the club. Currently, the Clippers are tied with the Chiefs 1-1 in the series with a game Thursday night at 7:00 pm followed by the last game of the series on Friday at 7:00 pm. The Clippers will return home to Huntington Park next week for a four-game series against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders beginning on Saturday.
