The Seattle Mariners are showing interest in second baseman Luis Valbuena, according to Paul Hoynes of The Plain Dealer.

Valbuena, 25, hit .193/.273/.258 with 2 home runs and 24 RBIs for the 2010 Cleveland Indians. Hoynes adds that the Mariners have yet to speak with the Tribe.
