Toronto Blue Jays 2 — New York Yankees 0   The Yankees lost more than just a 2-0 game to the Toronto Blue Jays.   In Curtis Granderson’s first at-bat of Spring Training, Blue Jays pitcher J.A. Happ threw an inside pitch that hit the power-hitting outfielder. He was removed from the game and sent for a precautionary x-ray. The initial report was a bruised right forearm but the reported news later was far worse. The hitting woes of last season were noticeable in today’s game of Spring Training. The Yankees hit 0 for 7 with runners in scoring position. Acquired designated hitter Travis Hafner got a double in his Yankees Spring debut. Former Red Sox third baseman Kevin Youkilis was hitless in his 3 at-bats but had 3 well-hit outs that were caught. Prospect Gary Sanchez got a hit in today’s game, a dribbler down the third base line that stayed fair.   Adam Warren made his Spring debut and pitched 2 perfect innings with 2 strikeouts. Cody Eppley would pitch the 3rd inning and give up the first run of the game after a triple over the head of centerfielder Brett Gardner and a single to bring in the run. Reliever Juan Cedeno gave up an additional run in the 8th inning.   Win – J.A. Happ Loss – Cody Eppley Save – Rich Thompson   Notables Blue Jays *Anthony Gose – 1 for 4, R, 3B *Emilio Bonifacio – 1 for 4, RBI (1) Yankees *Travis Hafner – 1 for 2, 2B *Robinson Cano – 1 for 3
