News of Steroid’s “Big 3” along with other first-time eligibles, Craig Biggio, Mike Piazza and Curt Schilling will dominate the baseball landscape until voting results are announced on January 9th. After that date the precedent will be set. Steroid users will absolutely know whether or not their weight gaining and body massing and injury avoiding transgressions will prevent them entry into Baseball’s Hall of Fame. This means you, Alex Rodriguez.
I’m at odds with this whole process. Cheating is not a congenial attribute to be linked with, but if that’s the only case against players like Bonds and Clemens and Sosa, then I find it a bit superfluous to add banishment from ...

When it comes to the Baseball Hall of Fame, they need to either change the record books, or let in everybody that cheated.
Roger Clemens‘ HOF vote is up next, and that is when we’ll really see who gets in and who is left outside looking in with Pete Rose.
