Terry Francona must have felt as if he was in a maze Monday morning. Why? Well, the first-year skipper of the Cleveland Indians reportedly got lost on his way to work.Francona, who lives about two blocks away from Progressive Field, attempted to walk to the stadium this morning ahead of Cleveland's home opener against the New York Yankees beginning at 4:05 p.m.Unfortunately, he ended up lost."I got lost three times," said Francona with a laugh. "Even when I got to the garage (attached to the ballpark), people asked me, 'Do you know where you're going?' I said, 'Nope.' Finally, someone was nice enough to drive me the rest of the way in a golf cart."Francona served as manager of the Boston Red Sox for eight seasons, and apparently never got lost on his way to Fenway Park, but luckily some local Cleveland residents pointed him in the right direction."But the people in Cleveland are officially the nicest people I've ever met. Everybody I walked past said hello. That was a little different than I was used to."Hopefully the 53-year-old makes it to the park okay in game two of the series on Tuesday. He will have a little extra time if he doesn't, though, because first pitch for that game isn't until 7:05 pm.Via Cleveland.com
