The American League has Home Field Advantage.

The pre-game was emotional, the game itself was long and strenuous, but when it was all set and done, the American League came out on top with a sacrifice fly by Michael Young that plated Home Run derby "Winner" Justin Morneau. The 15 inning, 4 hour and 50 minute affair almost led to another embarrasment. Both squads were running out of pitchers and it almost came to the point in which position players would of been called on to take the hill.
