The New York Yankee Roster As Movies

Derek Jeter- Shawshank Redemption. The lead character Andy Dufresne was wrongly accused and thrown in jail. Over the last few years Jeter has been falsely accused as a chink in the defensive armor. But Yankee fans don't care, with the tying run on second in the bottom of the 9th we want Jeter at the plate. He's a classic.Johnny Damon- Half-Baked. Sometimes says things that make Yankee fans think there's more than just Kentucky bluegrass growing out there in left field.Mark Teixeira- Transformers. The movie has it all: action, comedy, smoking hot Megan Fox, and cost a ton of money to make. Tex has got power, defensive prowess, switch hits, and says all the right things. And hopefully the Tex addition will transform this Yankee offense.Alex Rodriguez- The Usual Suspects. At the end of the movie it turns out not everyone is who we thought they were. The only problem for Yankee fans is we know about the A-Fraud and the end of the movie isn't for another 9 years. Continue...
