So the Rick Porcello trade rumors continue as Jon Morosi reports that the Arizona Diamondbacks are now interested in the young starting pitcher.
#Mariners and #DBacks have had talks with the #Tigers about acquiring Rick Porcello, sources say.

Morosi adds that the Tigers will more than likely ask for a shortstop, late-inning reliever or right-handed-hitting outfielder in return. Detroit also doesn’t look to be a finalist for Scott Hairston who Morosi believes the Yankees and Mets are the most likely destination.
The 24-year-old Porcello went 10-12 with a 4.59 ERA last season in front of an infield that didn’t best suit his 53.2% ground ball rate in 176 1/3 innings. It’s been widely considered that if the Tigers do in fact deal Porcello, a good fielding National League team would be the best suitor.
Detroit doesn’t have to trade Porcello though. He’s under team control through the 2015 season and seems like a break-out candidate any time now...
