Minnesota Twins and Baltimore Orioles have agreed on a deal that will send Twins' J.J. Hardy and Brendan Harris to the Orioles in exchange of relievers Brett Jacobson and Jim Hoey, according to CBSSPorts.com's Scott Miller.
Miller says the deal is in place and it's only pending physical, according to sourcers close to him say the deal could be officialiced on Thursday.
