This incredible video comes to us via our friends at Watching Durham Bulls Baseball.
To set the stage: The Durham Bulls are playing the Norfolk Tides, when a ball hit by the Tides appears to clear the fence for a home run. Or did it? The umpire goes out for a look and finds the ball trapped between the wall and the padding.
The Tides manager, apparently not convinced that was the ball, proceeds to go searching for the baseball, possibly any baseball, that is on the other side of the fence. Sillyness ensues…
