Last week, I posted a rather lengthy dissertation on 20 of the most epic meltdowns in sports history. Well, if that post was the equivalent to 'Cheers', get ready for the spin-off 'Frasier' post soon of epic Bob Knight blowups. But in the meantime, here's some additional follow up to last week's meltdown post: an audio clip of ex-Dodgers' managerTommy Lasorda giving his opinion after Dave Kingman hit three homers in one game against Lasorda's Dodgers, and an audio clip of former Cubs' manager Lee Elia expressing his displeasure with the apparently welfare-collecting daytime fans at Wrigley Field.

  • Great list last week, there's one that wasn't mentioned...I forget the relievers name on the Texas Rangers Cardova or Cadova or something like that...but what about the time he threw the chair into the stands against the A's...can someone say "lawsuit"
  • Thanks.

And I do remember that; you're right - he was worthy of at least sneaking in the top twenty. I'm pretty sure his name was Frankie Francisco as weird as that sounds.
