  • exactly my point, I really don't like the Yankees, so that was super satisfying for me to see. The Yankees need to go buy someone elses star pitcher. I don't even know why they even bother drafting players, all they do is let other teams develop someone and go buy them. It's crazy to me but it's the nature of the business.

  • THEY have 26 reasons...Mega2184 you aren't on the team...Just to clarify, your budget is roughly $207,000,000 for the 2009 season, which is about $67,000,000 over the 2nd highest budget the New York Mets at about $140,000,000. There are only 23 teams that have a budget that is higher than $67,000,000. Therefore my point is that considering the money put into this squad who haven't won a world series since 2000, I think its funny that Nick Swisher is pitching 2 weeks into the season
