Rangers 3b Adrian Beltre mashed three home runs to help Texas oust the Tampa Bay Rays in four games in their ALDS.  Of the three dingers Beltre rocked, the first one is by far the most memorable, if only because we get to see a TBS camera guy eat some turf trying to follow the Texas slugger down the third base line. I’m sure the cameraman didn’t find it all that funny as his feet started working independently of each other, especially since he’s responsible for what is more than likely a very expensive piece of equipment.  Still, we don’t know him, so we can point and laugh to our heart’s content. Video of the TBS dude falling down and going boom follows the jump… Smooth. [via @cjzero]

Beltre Appreciation

Baseball Time in Arlington shows some love for Adrian Beltre: One week ago today, MLB.com’s Peter Gammons revealed that Beltre “begged” for the Angels to sign him this past off-season (owing in some part to the fact that he lives just minutes from Angel Stadium). The Rangers, for their part, overwhelmed Beltre with both their willingness to make him a top-flight...
