Up above, video of Bryce Harper mashing his 20th home run of the season, a 3-run shot, which puts him in the 2013 Nats 20 HR Club along with Zimmerman, Werth, Desmond, and LaRoche. The good news last night: the Nats beat the Marlins and the Reds were idle, so the WC deficit got trimmed to 5 games. Bad news: The Nats have only 9 games left and pretty much can't lose another game. More bad news: Denard Span's hitting streak ended at 29 games. But regardless of all the bad news, Harper's HR seemed to make Jayson Werth very happy: (Screencap via MLB.com video) Befriend Nats Enquirer on Facebook. Follow on Twitter.
