Eli's MLB Rumors:
The White Sox have agreed to terms with free agent outfielder Scott Podsednik, FoxSports.com's Ken Rosenthal is reporting. The spot opened up when DeWayne Wise separated his shoulder in Monday's game. The Sox called up Jerry Owens for the time being but plan to give Podsednik a shot. Podsednik has 236 career stolen bases, and played a key role in the White Sox 2005 World Series run. He'll bring a solid glove to the White Sox, but probably won't hit for much of an average. He'll report to Triple-A Charlotte.
